DLCs for TRS19 pulls into the last station

Hello everyone,

As the title says, I will be discontinuing all TRS19 DLCs (including updates) starting 1st September 2025 at 12:01am central time.

This is due to stricter script error checking that TRS22 included recently, and with trying to maintain both an older version of Trainz and trying to keep up with a modern version, it has started to become increasingly harder.

Some content on the Leadville Sub when I was performing updates to it to resolve MPS errors so it could be used in MPS environments has given me and error code readout that wasn’t there in TRS19 (currently player locomotives). These are still error free in TRS19 but weren’t in TRS22 and therefore fixes had to be made in TRS19 to fix the errors in TRS22.

DLCs that are currently supported will continue to receive support starting in TRS22 and newer but TRS19 won’t receive any updates. Since TRS19 is no longer supported according to their product lifecycle webpage, I won’t expect the DLCs to break anytime soon so they should still work as intended (should an update be needed, the sessions will be uploaded both on this site and on the DLS).

This wasn’t an easy decision as I do like to keep both versions updated as much as possible but since one version has stricter checks than the other, I’ll need to drop TRS19 altogether.

With everything said and moving forward, all new DLCs will require at least TRS22 to be able to use.

Enjoy the new DLC!
