Please note the following when contacting HTA: 

– replies might take longer on weekends and U.S. holidays

– for reskin release permissions regarding SRS TRainz content, ensure you meet the requirements listed on the SRS Trainz Content License – https://www.hiawathamr.com/freeware/srs-trainz-content-downloads/srs-content-license/ (clickable link)

– for all payware purchasing issues for TANE, TRS19, TS3 (including freeware), TRS22, and newer, please submit a ticket at N3V’s helpdesk (https://support.trainzportal.com/) (clickable link) so they can resolve the issues as Hiawathamr Trainz Add-ons does not have access to N3V’s systems and therefore won’t be able to resolve any purchasing issues

Please note the following when using email:

– some email providers will bounce our reply back to us. If an email is bounched back, HTA will make a maximum of 3 attempts by resending the reply. After 3 attempts and the reply continues to bounce back, HTA won’t make anymore attempts

– if you haven’t received a response after 5 days, please use the forums by sending a private message (PM) to hiawathamr

– please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes our replies will end up there
